Terrance Story
Founder & Managing Partner
At his core, Terrance is a problem solver who loves the creativity, critical thinking, and teamwork that are all part of striving for and reaching ambitious goals. Roles across engineering, project management, sales, and business leadership have given Terrance the opportunity to tackle impactful business challenges that matter.
Terrance was most recently the Americas Business Manager for DuPont’s High Performance Nylons business, focusing his efforts on launching new products and implementing product quality and business improvement initiatives.
Prior to joining DuPont, Terrance led the commercial team for Dow Chemical’s automotive fluids business in North America, leveraging a variety of traditional customer acquisition strategies to capture new business.
Terrance began his career at Air Products & Chemicals as an application development engineer before progressing into project management and leading cross functional teams of engineers that completed capital projects to build or debottleneck industrial gas plants.
Terrance holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
